In addition to the default Normal mode, FlexRide (Adaptive Stability Technology) lets you change
the driving feel to suit your mood. At the touch
of a button (or to be accurate, two buttons),
Tour mode accesses a softer, more relaxed
set-up, while Sport mode delivers a more
dynamic, responsive drive. And Sport mode underlines its character by changing the instrument lighting to red.
So accelerator pedal, automatic transmission and steering response, Intelligent AFL, damping firmness, and Adaptive 4X4 can all be controlled from the on-screen menu – for the ultimate in driver-focused control.
Every feature is there for the driver’s benefit. Intelligent AFL (Adaptive Forward Lighting) is the next generation in Vauxhall lighting technology. It lets new Insignia’s headlights change their pattern to suit the road and weather.
