THE BRIDESMAID MODEL? NO WAY!
I am reading your excellent magazine, and I find the articles in it are always interesting and enjoyable. But there are just a couple of questions that you might be able to answer for me. Since I have been receiving your magazine (which is for some two years) I have not seen an article covering my own model of Vauxhall, which is an Agila. And I have also noticed that the Agila never seems to be mentioned in any promotional offers. It seems that other models are seen as superior to the Agila and the company doesn't bother to promote this excellent car. I am certainly very pleased with mine - and if Vauxhall keeps making them I shall definitely buy another one…

V says:
Far from being a neglected member of the Vauxhall family, the Agila is just as important to us (and as well-loved) as its bigger cousins. And it has a strong following who, like yourself, find Agila perfect for their kind of motoring. It last featured in the magazine in summer 2004, driving to some of Britain's most beautiful gardens. But the main reason for that is not that the Agila is any kind of bridesmaid in the Vauxhall range - rather it's because the rate of introductions of exciting all-new Vauxhall models in the meantime has been so extraordinary. But watch this space - like every other Vauxhall, Agila will always have its own story to tell, and V magazine is where you will find it first.
