Family Scottish Castle Holiday - Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Participants must be resident in the UK and 18 years or over. To enter the draw, participants must submit a fully completed online entry form. Entry to the draw is free and no purchase is necessary. Only one entry per draw per household. 2. The Prize is 7 nights’ Scottish Castle Family holiday at Dalhousie Castle, Lothian for 2 adults and 2 children (up to the age of 12) value £1,850.00 including accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis in a family room. 3. The Winner of the Prize will be responsible for all other costs prior to and after fulfillment of the Prize and not otherwise provided herein including travel to and from the accommodation, lunch and evening meals and any excursions/trips or internal flights. 4. The Winner of the Prize will be the first entry randomly selected by an independent adjudicator from all properly completed entry forms received by the Closing Date of: 31 January 2008. 5. The draw will take place by 15 February 2008. The adjudicator's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Winner will be notified in writing within 28 days. Prize must be taken by 31 December 2008. 6. The Prize may only be claimed by the person named on the winning official entry form, and must be claimed within 28 days of notification. Failure to claim the Prize within this period shall entitle the promoter to redraw the Prize without any liability for so doing. 7. For the name and country of the Winner, please send a self-addressed envelope to “Vauxhall V Magazine Family Scottish Castle Holiday” Free Prize Draw Results’, Vauxhall Motors Ltd, PO Box 777, LU2 0ST, after 15 February 2008. 8. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative Prize of equal value should this prove necessary. No cash or other alternatives to the Prize are available, and the Prize is not transferable. 9. We shall not be liable for the non-receipt or loss of any entry due to failure of any machine, data processing system or transmission link or for any circumstances beyond our control. 10. No bulk entries from third parties will be accepted. 11. The Promoter reserves the right to photograph and use the names of the Winner for the purpose of publicity without charge and the Winner hereby consents to the same. 12. By entering the Promotion, all participants confirm that they have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of which the application instructions form part. 13. Employees and their families of Vauxhall Motors Limited, their associated companies, their retailers and agencies are not eligible for entry. 14.
