ASTRA TWIN TOP

ASTRA TWIN TOP

SUMMER IS HERE, AND FOR MOST OF US THAT MEANS THE CHANCE TO GET OUT AND ABOUT. WITH NEW EDITIONS OF THE ASTRA TWINTOP, IT MEANS NOT HAVING TO FEAR THE WEATHER – AND IT MEANS AN INCENTIVE TO GO IN SEARCH OF GREAT LOCATIONS.

Established as a hunting ground by William the Conqueror, the New Forest became the UK’s newest National Park in 2005, with the largest remaining tracts of unenclosed pasture, heathland and old forest in the South East of England. As a destination it is famous for its beauty and its wide range of attractions. Like the National Motor Museum, which Lord Montagu started at his family seat of Beaulieu in 1952. It is now one of Europe’s biggest collections – and among its gems you’ll find a 1905 Vauxhall Prince Henry, a very sporty Vauxhall indeed.

We offer two sporty Exclusiv and Exclusiv with Exterior Pack versions of the weather-beating, four-seater convertible Astra TwinTop to enhance your pleasure. Their folding hard-tops can be raised or lowered in less than 30 seconds, while the vehicle is moving up to 18mph.

Four colours are available, Star Silver, Panacotta, Power Red and Black Sapphire.

As standard, Exclusiv and Exclusiv with Exterior Pack offer unique 18-inch alloy wheels, heated front seats with leather seat facings and keyless entry.

Both offer petrol or diesel power – the highly efficient 1.8VVT (140PS), sporty 2.0-litre Turbo (200PS), or 1.9CDTi (150PS), combining great flexibility, frugal fuel consumption, and big refinement.

And with prices from just £19,295 for the manual version of the 1.8VVT Exclusiv, or £21,290 for the 1.9CDTi version of the Exclusiv, they’re a great way to let in (or keep out) the summer.

Summer or winter the New Forest has so much to offer – here is a selection of our favourites:
