Terms and Conditions

“Vauxhall Nordic Fjords Adventure” Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions"

 

1. Participants must be resident in the UK and 18 years or over. To enter the draw, participants must submit a fully completed online entry to www.vmonline.co.uk by the Closing Date specified in paragraph 5 below. Entry to the Draw is free and no purchase is necessary. Only one entry per household. All entry forms become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.
2. The Prize is 7 nights’ half board 4* holiday to the Nordic Fjords, Norway, for 2 adults up to the value of £2,310.00 including Return scheduled flights to Oslo, accommodation, transfers between airport and Tour incorporating: Coastal cruise from Bergen to Lavik and coach tour to Skei, excursion from Skei to Balestrand, excursion to Geiranger, scenic train journey to Bergen, Norway in a Nutshell tour including Flåm Railway and Sognefjord cruise, folklore evening with music and dancing, Gamlestova' evening of historical tales, ghost stories and folk music, two nights half board at the 4 C Bergen Hotel, five nights’ half board at the 4 C Skei Hotel, half board meals from dinner on arrival day to breakfast on final day, 5 free packed lunches (from breakfast buffet), UK departure taxes & travel insurance.
3. The Winner of the Prize will be responsible for all other costs prior to and after fulfillment of the Prize and not provided herein.
4. It is the responsibility of the Winner to ensure that all persons that are to travel have all the necessary documentation required to travel to the destination
5. The Winner of the Prize will be the first entry randomly selected by an independent adjudicator from all properly completed entry forms received by the Closing Date of 2359 GMT 30th November 2009.
6. The draw will take place by 14th December 2009. The adjudicator’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Winner will be notified in writing within 28 days. Prize must be taken between May and September and by 30th September 2010 and excludes bank holidays and the Christmas or New Year period.

 

 

 

7. The Prize may only be claimed by the person named on the winning official entry form, and must be claimed within 28 days of notification. Failure to claim the Prize within this period shall entitle the Promoter to redraw the Prize without any liability for so doing.

8. For the name and county of the Winner, please send a self-addressed envelope to “Vauxhall Nordic Fjords Adventure” Free Prize Draw Results, General Motors UK Limited, PO Box 50298, London EC2P 2WH, after 14th December 2009 to 4th January 2010.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative Prize of equal value should this prove necessary. No cash or other alternatives to the Prize are available, and the Prize is not transferable.
10. We shall not be liable for the non-receipt or loss of any entry due to failure of any machine, data processing system or transmission link or for any circumstances beyond our control.
11. No bulk entries from third parties will be accepted.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to photograph and use the name of the Winner for the purpose of publicity without charge and the Winner hereby consents to the same.
13. By entering the Promotion, all participants confirm that they have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of which the application instructions form part.
14. Employees and their families of General Motors UK Limited, its associated companies, retailers and agencies are not eligible for entry.
